From the moment of her blue screen debut in 1987, Megan Leigh enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top tier of porndom. She possessed an innocent look, with a beautiful face framed in blonde hair, with a body to match honed from exotic dancing. A tight ass, medium sized rack, wonderful legs, and a smile that could melt any heart, all helped Megan score with filmmakers and fans alike.

Megan hailed from the Bay Area of California, where she and her mother endured a strained relationship that convinced Megan to runaway at the age of 14. By the time she was 17, she was working in a Guam massage parlor. When she turned 18 she headed back to the Bay Area and began stripping at the famous O’Farrell Theater. While working there she was spotted by porn impresarios, and the offers to do hardcore soon came in. Megan quickly answered by jumping in to the world of X films with a sheer gusto and willingness to do whatever it took to make it to the top. As Megan became famous, the money flowed in also. She then made peace with her mother buying her a house and paying her bills. Mom, however, began to use her influence over Megan and made many demands on her to do fetish films as well as mainstream porn. Megan continued to persevere along trying to make her mother happy, but it later became evident to Megan that mom was only about using her and not really loving her as a mother should.

On June 16, 1990, Megan decided to end her life with a self inflicted gun shot wound to the head. The Industry was thrown into turmoil as they had lost yet another of their premiere starlets to suicide. Like Shauna, and later Savannah, the demands of porn, along with the demands of loved ones & the public, sometimes proves to be too much for fragile beauties. She is fondly remembered by fans to this day.
